Every woman who has decided to divorce is not a prisoner of her husband, as written by Mimonodies: every woman refused a divorce is a world unto herself and is already one case too many. The Torah does not want to chain the woman, as it is said in the Telmud Bavli, Ketubot 61a "She is destined for life and not for suffering"
